We are a locally owned and operated home care provider delivering personalised Support at Home services to older Australians and people with disability. Our approach is simple: reliable care, familiar faces, and support that truly fits each person’s life.

Unlike large providers, we do not hold or manage government-funded care packages. Instead, clients choose an approved Support at Home or Home Care Package provider to manage their funding — and we are happy to assist with finding the right one if needed. Once this is in place, we take over the day-to-day care and support delivery.

This model ensures no one goes without support. It allows us to focus fully on what matters most — building a consistent, trusted care team around each client. Our clients choose their carers, enjoy regular and reliable scheduling, and receive tailored support that adapts as their needs change.

Because we are local, we are easy to reach, responsive, and genuinely involved. Holly and Beth, owners of Mint Support are hands-on and take the time to get to know every client, their preferences, and their goals. This means concerns are addressed quickly, care is coordinated smoothly, and clients never feel like just another number in a large system.
