The Support at Home Programme supports older Australians to continue living safely and independently in their own home.
If you are approved for government-funded aged care support, this program provides assistance with everyday tasks, personal care, and community access to help maintain your wellbeing and quality of life.
We work in partnership with Home Care Package providers, clients, and families to deliver reliable and flexible in-home support that meets individual care needs and goals.
